There are more than 1,700 condos, villas, townhomes, single family residences and marina slips to call home at Ocean Reef.

LOCATION
Its two thousand lush tropical acres are bordered on three sides by water. The Club can be reached by land, sea and air.

BEVERAGE
Bartender
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience required. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.

Cocktail Server
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years’ previous food and beverage experience a plus. All appropriate federal and state licenses for food and beverage preferred. Must be able to carry up to 20lbs. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend Members' and guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments. 

COMMISSARY/WAREHOUSE
Commissary Clerk
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Food and beverage storeroom experience preferred. A valid Florida driver’s license is required. The ability to push and pull heavy objects on a cart is required. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.  Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess basic computer knowledge. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively. 

COMMUNICATIONS
Communications Coordinator
Communications Coordinator will support team members by gathering information and content, distributing communications and assisting with administrative office duties. Essential duties include gathering dates and events from the various clubs and organizations in the community and combining them with Club dates and events for publications in This Week at The Reef, Wine & Dine, mobile app and website. Other responsibilities include distributing printed Club communications weekly, assisting with on-site photography, and maintaining Club online calendar and app with current events, schedules and operating hours of Club outlets and facilities. Must have knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as the ability to fluently speak, read and write English. College degree, communications experience and general resort/club background preferred. Knowledge in InDesign and photography interest encouraged.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bus Person/Food Runner
Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is acceptable. A middle school education is required, high school or equivalent preferred. Basic understanding of table setting and service ware is preferred. The ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. for an extended period of time is required. The ability to move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 200 lbs. is required. Must have the ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.   

Cashier
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to answer telephones promptly and courteously while taking food and beverage orders from Members and guests. Basic computer skills required and familiarity with micros ordering system. Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with Members, guests and coworkers ad fully understand job assignments.

Host/Hostess
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to obtain any required certificates (i.e, food service certification or liquor service card). Prior restaurant experience or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of restaurant operations, to include appropriate staffing levels, service equipment and guest relations, is preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations, promotional materials, event orders and similar written materials.

Server
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.

GOLF OPERATIONS
Golf Associate
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum one-year golf experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Progress in the PGA preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills in order to communicate well with all Members, guests and associates a must.

HOUSEKEEPING
Supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of six months supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience preferred. One year of hotel/resort experience. Must be well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with Members, guests and co-workers and fully understand job assignments. Knowledge of another language is desirable. 

MEMBER FITNESS CENTER
Front Desk Coordinator
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One-year experience as a receptionist in a club/resort setting preferred. CPR/First Aid certified preferred. Great telephone and customer service skills. Data entry knowledge preferred. Great English communication skills required in order to communicate well with Members, guests and fully understand job assignments.

Personal Trainer
High school education or equivalent preferred. A minimum one-year experience as a personal trainer/aerobics instructor or physical therapist required. A personal training and/or aerobics certification from an accredited fitness organization preferred. CPR/First Aid certification required. Must be able to carry up to 90lbs. and be able to stand for long periods. Excellent English communication skills required in order to communicate well with all Members, guests and associates.

MEMBERSHIP
Concierge
College degree or credits in one or more of the following areas: business, communications, public relations, marketing and/or hospitality; a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the private club or resort industry is acceptable. Candidate must possess exceptional phone etiquette, be able to handle heavy call volume. Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to handle and resolve frustrating situations. Must have a positive, posed, confident and outgoing personality. Must be knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed. 

RETAIL
Sales Associate
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of previous retail experience preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs. Flexible schedule is required. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with Members, guests and co-workers.  

SALON & SPA
Barber (Part-Time)
Must hold and maintain a state of Florida license. Minimum of two to three years' experience preferred. Barber education required. Must be a team player. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledge.

Front Desk Coordinator
To meet and greet, verify appointments, and escort clients to their designated area. Must be able provide administrative and supervisory support to the Manager of the Salon & Spa. Computer skills and receptionist background preferred with the ability to work independently and multi-task. Must be able to sit and or stand for long periods and lift 25lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Hair Stylist
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. State of Florida cosmetologist or hair stylist license required. Two or three years’ experience preferred in up-do and braids. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to sit or stand for long periods. Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with Members, guests, co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Locker Room Attendant (Male)
Responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, providing personal guest service and keeping all lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with people, and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Must have excellent English skills in order to communicate with co-workers, Members and guests and fully understand job assignments.

Massage Therapist
Massage Therapy license required. Two or three years' previous experience preferred. Must be able to provide various types of massages for a minimum of 30 minutes and a up to 90 minutes. Training in various body treatment wraps a plus. Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays. Candidate must be able to sit and or stand for long periods and lift 25lbs. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Nail Tech
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A State of Florida cosmetology or nail technician license required. Two to three years’ experience in a salon setting. Must have excellent English skills in order to communicate with coworkers, Members and guests and fully understand job assignments.

STEWARDING
Steward
Middle school education preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and make sure utensils are clean and in orderly condition. Must be able to understand English in order to communicate with co-workers and understand job assignments.
