BELL STAND
Bell Person
Must possess the ability and experience to escort guests to/from their rooms and provide information about hotel services, Food and Beverage outlets, and the amenities in their room.  Must be personable and able to speak well over the telephone, interact with guests and communicate well with others.  Must be able to lift and carry heavy luggage. A valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Excellent command of the English language, written, verbal is required in order to provide guidance and understand job assignments.

BEVERAGE
Bartender
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience required. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.

Cocktail Server
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years’ previous food and beverage experience a plus. All appropriate federal and state licenses for food and beverage preferred. Must be able to carry up to 20 lbs. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments. 

CART RENTAL
Attendant
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work both indoor/outdoor flexible schedules. The ability to deal effectively in English both verbally and in writing in order to provide clear instructions and guidance to guests and in dealing with co-workers is required. 


COMMUNICATIONS
Communications Coordinator
College degree required. The Communications Coordinator will support team members by gathering information and content, distributing communications and assisting with administrative office duties. The Coordinator's essential responsibilities include gathering dates and events from various clubs and organizations in the community and combining them with Club dates and events for publication in This Week at The Reef, Wine & Dine Insert, mobile app, website and Channel 5. Communications experience and general resort/club background preferred. Proficiency in Window, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and InDesign is desired. Must be able to speak, read and write English in order to effectively communicate with Members and co-workers.

CULINARY
Cook I
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Four years (hands-on) experience as a Cook in a la carte Continental Restaurant preferred. Advanced knowledge in basic food and labor cost knowledge required. Must be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a plus. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Physical demands require being able to carry up to 50 lbs. and being able to stand for long periods of time with minimum walking. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Cook II
Three years (hands-on) experience as an apprentice or Cook 3 in a la carte Continental Restaurant preferred. Knowledge of basic food cost. Must be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a Cook. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Cook III
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year (hands-on) experience. The state food handler certification, (to be acquired within the first year on the job) is preferred. Knowledge in solids and liquids measurement units. Basic arithmetic skills preferred. Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to comprehend, read, write and speak in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bus Person/Food Runner

Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is acceptable. A middle school education is required, high school or equivalent preferred. Basic understanding of table setting and service ware is preferred. The ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. for an extended period of time is required. The ability to move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 200 lbs is required. Must have the ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.

Cashier
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to answer telephones promptly and courteously while taking food and beverage orders from Members and guests. Basic computer skills required and familiarity with micros ordering system. Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with Members, guests and co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Host/Hostess
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to obtain any required certificates, i.e food service certification or liquor service card. Prior restaurant experience or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of restaurant operations, to include appropriate staffing levels, service equipment and guest relations is preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, reservations, promotional materials, event orders and similar written materials.


Server
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments. 

FRONT DESK
Agent

One year of hotel/resort reception experience preferred, however not required. Must be energetic and self oriented. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, and be able to work a flexible schedule. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Computer experience a plus in Word, Excel, Outlook, CLS, and or Visual One. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with guests, co-workers, and fully understand job assignments.

LAWN & TENNIS
Sales Associate
Responsible for superior customer service while selling merchandise and assisting management with merchandising, understanding inventory control, special events and the daily tennis operational duties. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs. Flexible schedule is required. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with member, guest and co-workers. 

MEMBER FITNESS CENTER
Floor Attendant
Responsible for keeping the exercise, pool and locker room areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. Must possess excellent customer service skills. 

Front Desk Coordinator
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One-year experience as a receptionist in a club/resort setting preferred. CPR/First Aid certified preferred. Great telephone and customer service skills. Data entry knowledge preferred. Great English communication skills required in order to communicate well with Members, guests and fully understand job assignments.

MEMBERSHIP
Concierge
The Concierge works as part of a team to take care of Members and guests at the Ocean Reef Club. A successful person is responsible for providing highly personalized and proactive service when responding to special arrangements or requests. An effective Concierge in this role will require a love and knowledge of Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo and the surrounding area. It is imperative you have an interest and ability to facilitate Member and guest requests, must be able to take the initiative, provide outstanding customer service, have strong computer skills, exceptional phone etiquette, an upbeat and energetic personality coupled with the aptitude to handle tough customer situations with a calm demeanor and professional attitude. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings as scheduled.

RECREATION
Beach Maintenance
Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the beach and lagoon areas and equipment, working to maintain a tidy beach area, while assisting Club Members and guests with beach furniture and equipment. Must be able to work in various outdoor climates, be able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 45 lbs. Candidate must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments. 


SALON & SPA
Hair Stylist

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. State of Florida cosmetologist or hair stylist license required. Two or three years’ experience preferred in up-do and braids. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with Members, guests, co-workers and fully understand job assignments.


Massage Therapist (Part-Time)

Massage Therapy license required. Two or three years previous experience preferred. Must be able to provide various types of massages for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 90 minutes. Training in various body treatment wraps a plus. Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays. Candidate must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

SET-UP
House Person
Primary focus is to set-up and breakdown meeting and banquet functions. This includes all elements that are necessary to create the desired meeting and/or event. These elements include, but are not limited to chairs, tables, umbrellas, tents, dance floors, etc. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A valid driver’s license is required. Must have the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and have a flexible schedule (nights, weekends and holidays). Must possess a positive attitude at all times and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate effectively with co-workers and fully assign and understand job assignments.
