In the Village, shared accommodations for our seasonal Associates are located in two three-story dormitory style buildings. The Crew's Quarters (CQ) is an open building with stairwells on either side. CQ rooms are air conditioned and furnished with two full-size beds, dressers, televisions, open closets and a private bath. These rooms are offered at the weekly rate of $75. A limited number of CQ rooms are furnished with one bed and offered to couples or as a single room for $150 per week.

The Crew's Private Quarters (CPQ), which opened in December 2007, is an enclosed, elevator accessible, non-smoking building with ten suites on each floor. Each Suite consists of four private rooms, two full baths and a common area furnished with a couch, chairs and coffee table along with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink and cabinets. Each bedroom has twin x-long captain beds, a desk and chair, bulletin board, 19” flat screen television and a full closet. The weekly rate in CPQ is $105 per week and assignment with the same gender.

Both buildings are supplied with linens (pillow, pillowcase, sheets and comforter; associates must provide bath towels), basic extended cable and wireless internet. Cooking is not permitted in the rooms; however, microwaves are located on each floor of the CQ building and in the common areas of the CPQ Suites. Associates may bring two-cup coffeepots and compact refrigerators in CQ (no larger than 2.5 cubic feet). Pets are not permitted and all guests and residents must be 18 years old or older. Weekly room rates and housing deposits are payroll deducted. Deposits total $300 and are deducted in $50 increments.

Associates who submit their Housing Request Form with an advance deposit of $50 will have a room reserved. Otherwise, rooms are assigned on a space available basis. Housing Request Forms are included with your employment offer letter. Deposits are forfeited if cancellation is received within 14 days or less of your employment arrival date.

The Village offers several dining options. Meals are served in the Associate Cafeteria from 7 a.m.-10 a.m. and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The Wreck Hall, our Associate Lounge, offers a menu starting at 6 p.m. and has several flat screen televisions, games, darts, pool tables and a jukebox. These outlets accept cash and Ocean Reef Club food coupons as payment. Sixty-dollar food and beverage coupon books sell for $30 and are one monthly option for seasonal and year-round Ocean Reef Associates. Another outlet, Reef Hut, located at the base of the CQ building, specializes in hand-tossed pizza and grilled items, and accepts cash only. All of these food outlets offer indoor and outdoor dining.

The Village's offerings also include a basketball court, a volleyball court, an Associate Fitness Center and a pool. A 24-hour coin-operatedlaundry facility is located on the ground floor of CQ and inside CPQ. Board games, court balls, bikes, and vacuums are available free of charge for check out from the Housing Office.
