CAPITAL PROJECTS
Director of Construction & Project Management
Acts as the owner’s representative; provides leadership and oversight for activities associated with the development and execution of projects. The Director of Construction & Project Management must be able to manage project planning, design and construction. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects from pre-construction planning through build out, project closeout and financial reconciliation. The Director of Capital Projects must have the ability to work across the company to facilitate cross-departmental project activities. The Director of Capital Projects is the primary stakeholder for each project and a point of contact for coordinating design and construction responsibilities with third party consultants, contractors, vendors and governmental agencies. Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field. Extensive knowledge of all types of construction and at least 10 years of experience in the field; to include five years as an Owner’s Rep and three projects within the hospitality industry. Proficient with Windows, business applications and project scheduling software. Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to comprehend the English language in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

COMMISSARY
F&B Cost Analyst
To work directly with senior Club leadership to design and lead multiple and concurrent business analyses and process change initiatives. The main impetus of the role will be to identify efficiencies in Club Operations and capitalize on potential business opportunities. Direct the implementation and effective utilization of the Food Trak system. Update F&B costs weekly and monitor all F&B inventory. College degree with a hospitality or accounting major preferred.

COMMON AREA
Attendant
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience preferred. Must have the ability to follow instructions, directions, and meet deadlines, including the thorough cleaning of rental units/homes specified by management. Must have the ability to use a variety of cleaning chemicals, be well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Must be able to understand the English language in order to understand others as well as job assignments.

CULINARY 
Chef de Cuisine
Incumbent will organize, supervise, coordinate and participate in the activities of all Culinary associates engaged in the preparation of all foods served in the outlet, while exceeding Members' and guests' expectations and meeting budgeted goals for Labor and Food Cost. High school diploma or equivalent required. A formal culinary education preferred. Must have the ability to analyze forecast data and make judgement to ensure proper payroll and production control; and the thorough knowledge of all food products, recipes making, preparation and presentation. Must be AFC Certified, CEPC, CWPC, CCE, CMPC or certifiable. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively.

Sous Chef
A minimum of five years prior experience as a Sous Chef: in a private club, hotel restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in multiple outlets, and in a high volume bakeshop/pastry shop. A serve safe food sanitation certification or similar food sanitation course certification is required. Must be AFC certified, CEPC, CWPC, CCE, CMPC or certifiable. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

ENGINEERING
Manager
Will manage Engineering Department, resources and associates; efficiently solving all Member, facilities and outlet issues in a quick seamless matter. This position will actively contribute on all preventative maintenance programs for front and back of the house. Responsible to review and assign daily work for Engineering associates. It requires considerable knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades: basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job. A minimum of 10 years’ supervisory experience required working in Inn Rooms Maintenance in a resort/hotel. Must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to express and exchange ideas and convey detailed and/or important instructions accurately, loudly and/or quickly. Valid driver’s license required with clean driving record. Must be well versed in all OSHA, EPA and ADA rules and regulations.

Pool Mechanic
High school diploma or equivalent required. Five years of equivalent experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position. Being an aquatic facility operator, AFO, CPO is a plus. Should have experience in maintaining and balancing pool chemicals, good knowledge in preventative maintenance procedures with the ability to maintain records. The ability to work in excessive heat is a plus. Must have the ability to follow instructions, able to comprehend the English language and demonstrate the ability to express and exchange ideas through oral and written communication and convey detailed and/or important instructions accurately, loudly and/or quickly.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Ice Cream Shop Server
Must be outgoing and able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills. Candidate must have basic computer knowledge and a flexible schedule. Must possess excellent English communication skills in order to communicate with co-workers, Members and guests and fully understand job assignments.

PM Ice Cream Supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous supervisory experience required. Must be outgoing and able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills. Candidate must have basic computer knowledge and a flexible schedule. Must possess excellent English communication skills in order to communicate with co-workers, Members and guests and fully understand job assignments.

Restaurant Manager
A degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities preferred. A minimum of five years of restaurant experience required. Must be able to provide a leadership role and lead by example with a hands-on approach to management by guiding and counseling associates. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with Members, guests and co-workers. Must have a flexible schedule.

FRONT DESK
Agent
One year of hotel/resort reception experience preferred, however not required. Must be energetic and self-oriented. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, and be able to work a flexible schedule. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Computer experience a plus in Word, Excel, Outlook, CLS, and/or Visual One. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with guests, coworkers, and fully understand job assignments.

GOLF OPERATIONS
Director of Instruction
Will assist the Director of Golf Operations in planning a comprehensive golf instruction program for Members and guests. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have at least four years of teaching required; five years or more preferred. Attendance at several PGA golf instruction seminars required. Must have excellent English communication skills in order to communicate with all Members, guests and associates.

Golf Shop Manager 
Assists in developing and administering a high quality Golf Shop retail merchandise program to the Members and guests of the Ocean Reef Club. A four-year college degree and one to three years’ experience with a quality golf facility preferred. Previous merchandise display experience required. Must have a flexible schedule.

HOUSEKEEPING

Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience preferred. Must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Good English communication skills required in order to fully understand assignments and comprehend Members and guests.

MEMBER EVENTS
Coordinator
The primary function is to solicit, plan, execute, and manage all Member events under the direction of the Member Events Manager. The position is responsible for the smooth operation of assigned events, from beginning of planning stages, pulling together all event details for successful execution, through actual event completion and cleanup. Responsibilities will include booking, coordination of new events, general marketing of services, administrative duties as it relates to position, and event participation. Must have a flexible schedule.

MEMBERSHIP
Member Guest Development Coordinator
High school or college diploma preferred. To provide the ultimate experience in Club hospitality through personal service. Exceptional written and verbal skills required. The ability to handle heavy call volume and multi task. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present sound judgment while dealing with sensitive or difficult situations.

RESERVATIONS
Agent
Agent will sell the Club and the amenities by maintaining the highest standards in assisting Members and guests. High school education or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a private club, large hotel, or resort is a plus. Must be well organized and detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional work area. Typing skills are required and basic computer knowledge preferred to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or Visual One. Flexible schedule is required. Excellent English communication skills required in order to communicate well with all Members, guests and associates.

TENNIS RETAIL
Supervisor
To offer superior customer service while selling merchandise and assisting management in merchandising, understanding inventory control, special events and daily tennis operational duties. One-year supervisory experience and Associate’s degree preferred. Must speak English fluently and read, write and comprehend the English language.

VACATION RENTALS
Property Liaison
Provides support to Vacation Rentals with duties to include inspection and/or evaluation of properties in rental program and other office duties relating to the daily operations of the Vacation Rental Department. High school diploma or any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Minimum three years general office experience in a hospitality oriented enterprise or property management/real estate enterprise. Must have the ability to speak and write grammatically correct English. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
