AIRPORT
Attendant
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. To assist in all areas of Airport operations. The ability to work independently, highly organized and detail oriented. The ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of General Aviation Aircraft and VHF radio communication skills.  

Supervisor
Performs airport operational tasks and administrative work as delegated by the Airport Manager.  Supervise airport attendants in accomplishing departmental tasks.  Maintain a professional atmosphere to best serve Members and Guests. General knowledge of aviation regulations, aircraft performance, meteorology and the phonetic alphabet. College and or two-year equivalent technical aviation training preferred. Four years’ experience in corporate, commercial or general aviation fields preferred. Must possess a valid state driver’s license.

CULINARY
Cook I
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Four years' (hands-on) experience as a cook in a la carte continental restaurant preferred. Advanced knowledge in basic food and labor cost knowledge required. Must be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a cook. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Physical demands require being able to carry up to 50lbs. and being able to stand for long periods of time with minimum walking. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Cook II
Three years' (hands-on) experience as an apprentice or Cook 3 in a la carte continental restaurant preferred. Knowledge of basic food cost. Must be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a cook. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

ENGINEERING  
General Mechanic
To maintain the guest rooms, public space and back of the house areas in good repair by performing various tasks related to a variety of trades. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Knowledge of skilled activities in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, air conditioning, wall coverings, masonry, mechanical work and painting preferred. Must be able to use a variety of skilled trade tools. Basic arithmetic skills required. English communication skills required in order to comprehend written and verbal instructions.

Manager
Will manage Engineering department resources and associates; efficiently solving all Member, facilities and outlet issues in a quick seamless matter. This position will actively contribute on all preventative maintenance programs for front and back of the house. Responsible to review and assign daily work for Engineering associates. It requires considerable knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades: basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job. A minimum of 10 years’ supervisory experience required working in Inn Rooms Maintenance in a resort/hotel. Must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to express and exchange ideas and convey detailed and/or important instructions accurately, loudly and/or quickly. Valid Driver’s License required with clean driving record. Must be well versed in all OSHA, EPA and ADA rules and regulations.

Pool Technician
High school diploma or equivalent required.  Five years of equivalent experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the duties of the position.  Being an aquatic facility operator, AFO, CPO is a plus.  Should have experience in maintaining and balancing pool chemicals, good knowledge in preventive maintenance procedures with the ability to maintain records.  The ability to work in excessive heat is a plus.  Must have the ability to follow instructions, able to comprehend the English language and demonstrate the ability to express and exchange ideas through oral and written communication and convey detailed and /or important instructions accurately, loudly and /or quickly.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bartender
Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience required. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.    

Server
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.

FRONT OFFICE
Front Desk Agent
One year of hotel/resort reception experience preferred, however not required.  Must be energetic and self-oriented. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, detail oriented, and be able to work a flexible schedule.  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Computer experience a plus in Word, Excel, Outlook, CLS, and or Visual One.  Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with guests, co-workers, and fully understand job assignments. 

PBX Agent
To operate the hotel switchboard in and efficient, courteous and professional manner.  Ability to sit for long periods and perform functions in confined spaces. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read and write English to fully comprehend and communicate clearly. Prior hospitality and/or communication experience preferred.

HOUSEKEEPING
Supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of six months’ supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience preferred. One year of hotel/resort experience. Must be well organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with Members, guests and co-workers and fully understand job assignments. Knowledge of another language is desirable.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Administrative Assistant
To assist the VP of Information Technology by providing administrative support for the department as needed and assist with special projects to ensure smooth departmental operations. Proficient in use of MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word, or similar software. Proficient in use of Abacus, Visual 1, RAS or similar software. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to read, write and speak English and to communicate effectively. Ability to sit in one place for extended periods. College degree required. Three plus years’ experience in an administrative function with IT aspects.

MEMBERSHIP
Member Guest Development
High school or college diploma preferred. To provide the ultimate experience in Club hospitality through personal service. Exceptional written and verbal skills required. The ability to handle heavy call volume and multi task. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present sound judgment while dealing with sensitive or difficult situations. 

RETAIL
Sales Associate
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of previous retail experience preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs. Flexible schedule is required. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with Members, guests and coworkers.

Retail Receiving Purchasing Clerk
Assists in all aspects of retail receiving, including but not limited to, receiving merchandise, counting and tagging merchandise, issuing merchandise to various retail outlets and participating in physical inventories. Entering purchase orders in GolfPro. Preparing and tracking receipts for Accounts Payable for invoice payment. High school diploma preferred. Computer knowledge preferred, with knowledge of Golfpro, Microsoft, Excel, Outlook and Word. Must have a clean and valid Driver’s License. 

SALON & SPA
Front Desk Coordinator
To meet, greet, verify appointments and escort clients to their designated area.  Must be able provide administrative & supervisory support to the Manager of the Salon & Spa. Computer skills and receptionist background preferred with the ability to work independently and multi-task. Must be able to sit and or stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Locker Room Attendants (Part-Time)
Responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, providing personal guest service and keeping all lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Must have excellent English skills in order to communicate with co-workers, members and guests and fully understand job assignments. 

VACATION RENTALS
Property Liason
Provides support to Vacation Rentals with duties to include inspection and/or evaluation of properties in rental program and other office duties relating to the daily operations of the Vacation Rental Department. High school diploma or any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Minimum three years general office experience in a hospitality oriented enterprise or property management/real estate enterprise. Must have the ability to speak and write grammatically correct English. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
