There are more than 1,700 condos, villas, townhomes, single family residences and marina slips to call home at Ocean Reef.

LOCATION
Its two thousand lush tropical acres are bordered on three sides by water. The Club can be reached by land, sea and air.

BELLSTAND
Bell Person - Must possess the ability and experience to escort guests to/from their rooms and provide information about hotel services, Food and Beverage outlets, and the amenities in their room.  Must be personable and able to speak well over the telephone, interact with guests and communicate well with others.  Must be able to lift and carry heavy luggage. A valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Excellent command of the English language, written and verbal, is required in order to provide guidance and understand job assignments. 

PM Bell Captain - Must be energetic service, detail oriented individual willing to work a flexible schedule to provide excellent Member/Guest service while providing all Bell Stand/Transportation functions and supporting off property transportation needs for Members/Guests, and Conference Groups daily. Must have two to three years management experience and a valid driver’s license. Excellent command of the English language, written, verbal is required in order to provide guidance and understand job assignments.

COMMON AREA
Common Area Supervisor - Supervises all common areas to ensure cleanliness exceeding Member/guest expectations. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Minimum of six months supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience preferred.  One year of hotel/resort experience. Must be well organized, self-motivated and detail- oriented.  Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with Members, guests and co-workers and fully understand job assignments. Knowledge of another language is desirable. 

CULINARY
Cook I - 
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Four years' (hands-on) experience as a cook in a la carte continental restaurant preferred. Advanced knowledge in basic food and labor cost knowledge required. Must be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a cook. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. Physical demands require being able to carry up to 50lbs. and being able to stand for long periods of time with minimum walking. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Cook II - three years' (hands-on) experience as an apprentice or Cook 3 in a la carte continental restaurant preferred. Knowledge of basic food cost. Must be certified by the American Culinary Federation as a cook. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments.

Night Baker - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to work independently. A state food handler certification and knowledge of CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.  Physical demands require being able to carry up to 50lbs. and being able to stand for long periods of time with minimum walking.  Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English and communicate effectively in order to communicate with co-workers and fully understand job assignments. 

ENGINEERING  
Coordinator - Serve as a primary point of contact between engineers, Members, guests, associates, etc.  High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of clerical work, accurately type 35 wpm, and possess basic operational knowledge of MS Office required.  Previous dispatching experience is preferred; or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Candidate must be detail oriented, computer literate and able to work a flexible schedule. Must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to express and exchange ideas and convey detailed and/or important instructions accurately, loudly and/or quickly.  

Manager - Will manage Engineering department, resources and associates; efficiently solving all Member, facilities and outlet issues in a quick seamless matter. This position will actively contribute on all preventative maintenance programs for front and back of the house. Responsible to review and assign daily work for Engineering associates. It requires considerable knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance trades: basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical experience are used frequently on the job. A minimum of 10 years’ supervisory experience required working in Inn Rooms Maintenance in a resort/hotel. Must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to express and exchange ideas and convey detailed and/or important instructions accurately, loudly and/or quickly. Valid Driver’s License required with clean driving record. Must be well versed in all OSHA, EPA and ADA rules and regulations.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Bartender - Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience required. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guest requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.    

Server - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of two years’ service experience in a club or hotel facility preferred. Knowledge of beverage and liquor experience preferred. Must have the ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend guests' requests, order tickets, menu items, and fully understand job assignments.

FRONT OFFICE
Front Desk Agent (Day Shift or Overnight Shift) - One year of hotel/resort reception experience preferred, however not required.  Must be energetic and self-oriented. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, detail oriented, and be able to work a flexible schedule.  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Computer experience a plus in Word, Excel, Outlook, CLS, and or Visual One.  Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with guests, co-workers, and fully understand job assignments. 

HOUSEKEEPING
Turndown Attendant - To provide turndown service, deliveries and prepare supplies for the AM Room attendants. High School or equivalent preferred, previous housekeeping experience a plus; must be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, walk and climb stairs. A valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Must have the ability to pull heavy equipment weighing up to 100lbs; must be able to use a variety of cleaning agents. The ability to effectively communicate with members/guests, associates and management.

Supervisor - High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of six months supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience preferred. One year of hotel/resort experience. Must be well organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. Excellent English communication skills are required in order to communicate with members, guests & co-workers and fully understand job assignments. Knowledge of another language is desirable. 

MEMBERSHIP
Member Guest Development - High school or college diploma preferred. To provide the ultimate experience in Club hospitality through personal service. Exceptional written and verbal skills required. The ability to handle heavy call volume and multi task. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present sound judgment while dealing with sensitive or difficult situations. 

Enrollment Manager - High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  Minimum three years’ experience in club membership and sales and leadership experience preferred.   Persuasive communicator with exceptional people skills, who relates effectively to others at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.  Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities combined with good sense and business acumen.  Key player in managing ever increasing responsibility to achieve new member enrollment goals.   Ability to work nights and weekends participate in Member Events and Holiday Gatherings. Encourage and engage members to assist in membership referrals.  Must possess strong leadership and motivational skills including training, scheduling, coaching and evaluating employee performance.

Salon & Spa
Male Locker Room Attendant (Part-Time) - Responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, providing personal guest service and keeping all lounge areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Must have excellent English skills in order to communicate with co-workers, members and guests and fully understand job assignments.
