TONING ON THE BEACH
Don’t forget the importance of a good resistance workout while away from home. This class uses hand weights and rubber tubing to tone and tighten your muscles. A Club trainer will get you motivated with upbeat music and fun and creative workouts. This class is done on the beach at Buccaneer Island.

WAKE-UP POWER WALK
The Wake-Up Power Walk is the perfect way to see the beautiful sights of Ocean Reef, while getting your exercise. Your personal trainer/tour guide will take your group on an exhilarating trek through Ocean Reef Club, incorporating simple exercise movements and stretches during the walk.

WATER AEROBICS
Water aerobics is a super way to energize your group. The outdoor pool on Buccaneer Island is heated to a comfortable temperature on cooler days, yet is very refreshing when the sun is shining.

BEACH BOOT CAMPS
Rejuvenate the body with an intense Beach Body workout.

ZUMBA
Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: we want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.

YOGA ON THE BEACH
This is a great way to start the group’s day off on the right foot or to unwind at the end of the day. Yoga helps to strengthen, condition, and relax your muscles while improving flexibility and breathing. This one-hour class is available from sunrise to sunset on the beach at Buccaneer Island.

5K FUN RUNS
Lace up your sneakers and join in a fun 5k around The Reef. Prizes awarded to winners.
