PROPOSED FOR MEMBERSHIP – September 17, 2026 through October 1st, 2026
Equity Membership
Mrs. Michelle and Mr. Daniel Delligatti have applied for Equity Membership. The Delligatti family is generationally tied to Ocean Reef Club through Mr. Delligatti’s parents. They are from Grove City, Pennsylvania, where they are currently enjoying retired life. They look forward to taking advantage of the many activities and experiences the Club has to offer, including art shows, hosting social events, fishing, and spending quality time with family. They are being proposed by Equity members Carolyn and Eric Yonke, friends of more than 10 years and fellow Penn State alumnus. Their seconders are Equity members Kristen and Frank Perryman, who have been close family friends for over 10 years. Their letter writers are Jennifer & Timothy Dagit, Margaret & Bruer Kershner, Julie & Flint McNaughton, Cheryl & Robert Rabbitt, and Teresa Holmes. They were interviewed by Keith Bozeman on behalf of the Membership Committee. Mr. & Mrs. Delligatti are acquiring 32 Barracuda Lane from Lois and James Delligatti and the Equity certificate from the resale list.

Sr. Legacy Membership
Judge Caroline Moreland and Mr. Thomas Flynn have applied for Sr. Legacy membership. The Moreland family is generationally tied to Ocean Reef Club, through her parents. They are from Chicago, IL where Judge Moreland is a Circuit Judge. They are looking forward to enjoying the multitude of activities the Club has to offer, including wine tasting, golf, and snorkeling, along with quality time together. They are being Proposed by Equity parents, Jeffrey and Nancy Moreland. Their letter writers are Laurance Guido, Susie & Brendan Johnson, Missy & Daniel Attridge, Paige & Arne Christensen, and Erin & James Seale. They were interviewed by Henry Salas on behalf of the Membership Committee.
