PROPOSED FOR MEMBERSHIP – September 3 through September 17, 2026

Equity Membership

Mrs. Rebecca and Mr. Jonathan Bell have applied for Equity membership. The Bell family is new to Ocean Reef Club and are from Wilmington, NC where they raised three children. They are looking forward to enjoying the multitude of activities the Club has to offer, including Card & Games, Fishing, and Wine Tasting, as well as quality family time. They are being proposed by Equity members Leigh and Robert Edwards friends of over 10 years. Their Seconders are Magner and Porter Lummus friends of over 10 years. Their letter writers are Carla & Leonard Wood, Loretta & Eric Zimmermann, Lynn & William Roohan, Meredith & Hal Wells, and Mary & Travis Pritchett. They were interviewed by Keith Bozeman on behalf of the Membership Committee. Mr. & Mrs. Bell are acquiring 26 Angelfish Cay Drive from Dianne Morosky and the Equity certificate from the resale list.

Ms. Caroline Britton has applied for Equity Membership. She is from Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, where she works in public accounting. Caroline looks forward to enjoying the many activities and experiences Ocean Reef Club has to offer, including art shows, boating, and participating in Club meetings and social events. She is being proposed by Equity members Barbara and Bill Ludwig, friends of more than six years. Her seconders are Equity members Julie and Bill Burke, who have also been close friends for more than six years. Her letter writers are Jacqueline & John Cerar, Kristina & Barrett Ersek, Courtney Parmenter, Kim & Bruce Elliott, and Alejandra & RJon Robins. She was interviewed by Tom Davidson on behalf of the Membership Committee. Ms. Britton is acquiring 302 Creek House and the Equity certificate from Jennifer Pease.

Senior Legacy Membership

Mrs. Sarah and Mr. Jason Guzzo have applied for Sr. Legacy membership. They are from Ballston Lake, New York, where they work in Automotive Sales and Telecommunications. They look forward to enjoying the many activities and experiences Ocean Reef Club has to offer, including art shows, boating, fitness, fishing, golf, and much more. They are being proposed by Lori & Jim DeNooyer. Their letter writers are Rusty Sproat & Phillip Wells, Francis Paige, Sindee & Randy Furshman, Michelle & Christopher Reeder, and Rhonda & Jorge Lopez. They were interviewed by Henry Salas on behalf of the Membership Committee.

PROPOSED FOR MEMBERSHIP – August 13 through August 27, 2026

Equity Membership

Mrs. Natalia and Mr. Donald Gustafson are applying for Bi-County Equity membership waitlist. The Gustafson family are Sr. Legacy members and are from Pinecrest, FL where they raise their son. They enjoy a multitude of activities the Club has to offer, including fishing, golf, and boating, along with family time. They are being Proposed by Equity members, Maria and Carlos Enriquez, friends of over 16 years. Their Seconders are Equity members Margaret and Robert Lopez friends of over 18 years. Their letter writers are Kristi and Keith Davidson, Carol and Ed Williamson, Marge and Wicho Hernandez, Beatriz and Ricardo Gutierrez & Michelle Lopez.
