Deposit Policy:

Inn Rooms and Yachtsman Inn Suites- First night’s room rate is taken at the time of reservation.

Holiday Periods and all condos, homes and villas- 100% deposit required, 50% at the time of reservation and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Inn Rooms and Yachtsman Inn Suites- Deposit will be reimbursed if cancellation is received 7 days prior to arrival.

Holiday Periods and all condos, homes, and villas- 100% will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. 50% will be refunded if cancellation is received 15 to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
