Housing

In the Village, eligible Associates can request accommodations in the Gumbo Limbo, Mahogany and Sea Grape buildings, pending availability. Wifi and laundry are complimentary.

Gumbo Limbo

The Gumbo Limbo is a three-story building with options for double bed and single bed accommodations. The rooms are furnished with full XL beds, a small refrigerator, dressers, a 50” smart TV, open closets and a private bath.

Accommodations for suite-style living are available in the both Sea Grape and Mahogany buildings.

Mahogany

Our Mahogany building consists of four private bedrooms furnished with a twin XL bed, 2 small dressers, desk and chair, TV and full closet. The common area is furnished with a couch, chairs, and a coffee table along with a 50” smart TV. The kitchenette includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and additional storage closet.

Sea Grape

Our Sea Grape building accommodates five roommates in a suite setup, with two shared bathrooms. In each bedroom, Associates will find a full XL bed, 2 dressers, 50” TV, and closet. The shared kitchenette includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and cabinets.

At Ocean Reef Club, we are committed to supporting the well-being of our Associates both on and off the job. Our vibrant Associate Village offers a fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool, perfect for recharging before or after your workday. With our convenient bicycle rental program, Associates can easily commute, stay active or explore the beautiful surroundings of Ocean Reef Club in a fun and eco-friendly way.

We also provide a wide variety of group fitness classes and wellness activities to fit every interest and fitness level—from high-energy cardio and strength training to yoga and Zumba. For those who enjoy friendly competition and team spirit, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved, including soccer tournaments, golf clinics and scrambles, croquet mixers, tennis matches and Pickleball games.

These experiences go beyond fitness—they foster camaraderie, connection and a true sense of community.

Associate Dining

Associates have access to several dining options. Associates are given a $35 food credit at the end of each pay period which can be used to purchase any meal at the Associate Cafe, Wreck Hall and Reef Hut.

• Associate Café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Menu changes daily and
lunches include made to order salads, grab n’ go items and freshly made soups
• Associate Wreck Hall open for dinner and beverages with music, games and
televisions.
• Reef Hut, located at the base of the CQ building, specializes in hand-tossed
pizza and grilled items.

Activities & Fun

There are a host of activities planned for Associates both on campus and off. Not a day goes by that there isn’t something special going on from fitness classes and pickleball clinics to charter fishing trips and Everglades boat rides. The Club’s dedicated team will even take you grocery shopping!
