  • I have read and fully understand the Club Policies, By-Laws, ORC Rules, Regulations and Policies and Membership Orientation information provided to me here. Upon completion of reviewing the information, I may obtain my Membership Card, but am also acknowledging I am opting out of the Membership Welcome Gift.
