The MFC would Like to encourage all Members to come out to spectate and support their fellow Members as they challenge themselves and pay tribute to all the men and woman of our Armed Forces with the MURPH Challenge.

 

Refreshments will be provided, chairs, music as well as the MFC Trainers and United States Navy Seals will be present. The MURPH was Lieutenant Murphy’s favorite workout and if you’ve ever run it you know why. For this event we will slightly modify the reps and exercises! The Challenge will include a .5 run/walk, 50 pull-ups (or TRX Rows/Banded Assist), 100 pushups, 150 squats and finished with a .5 mile run/walk for time.
