Member Fitness Center Parking Lot

 

This class will incorporate unique high intensity movements, use of power
bands, suspension straps, battle ropes, slam balls, kettle bells, and dumbbells.

*These workouts will typically be performed in a circuit style routine and each member will be provided
equipment to perform their own personal circuit. Equipment will not be shared during these workouts and there will be enough space provided to maintain a safe distance of 6 feet apart throughout the workout.
