Do you experience pain or discomfort within your joints? In this workshop, you will learn and practice various techniques that address inefficient joint mobility and chronic pain while bettering your body awareness. Using a variety of props, you will be lead through strengthening, stretching, meditation, and mobility exercises that target the muscles surrounding the joints, and improve the mind-body connection. You will learn movement that not only improves your body’s proprioception and balance, but helps to manage pain. All levels welcome.
