Do you experience a stiff spine in the morning? Have pain in the lower, middle or upper back? Then this workshop is for you. Join Eileen in exploring movement, breathing practices, and ways of daily living to provide practical solutions for preventing, reducing, and managing back pain and tightness. The class will incorporate the use of props from chairs to blankets. All levels welcome.
