Men: 40

Ladies: 20

Age Handicap:

Men, 4 push-ups for every decade over 50

Ladies, 3 push-ups for every decade over 50

Modifications: knee push-ups score 1/2 a repetition

Member Fitness Overall Records:

Men: George Blaha and Darrell Helms 106

Ladies: Maureen Blaha 60
