Event Pass Policy:

Cancellations before Nov. 24th will have no financial obligations.

Cancellations after Nov. 24th are subject to pay 50% on each cancelled Event Pass ($365+).

Cancellations on Nov. 30th are subject to pay 100% on each cancelled Event Pass ($725+).

Deposit Policy:

Vacation Rentals – 100% deposit required.

Inn Rooms – 50% required at the time of reservation and the balance due at arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Inn Rooms & Vacation Rentals – Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.

Vacation Rentals – Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Inn Rooms – Cancellation received less than 15-29 days prior to arrival will receive 50% reimbursement. Cancellation received less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable

Pet Policy:

Pet Friendly Rooms are only available on the first floor of the Dolphin Building.

$150 fee will be applied to the established Room Rate.
