Q: How do I get in touch with Human Resources department at Ocean Reef Club?

Q: How long are seasonal positions available?
A: Many seasonal positions are three months, however, that can vary based on the position.
Q: What happens after I have been interviewed and verbally offered a job at Ocean Reef Club?
A: Once you receive a verbal offer, Human Resources will contact you via email and/or text with a request to complete a background check. After providing your consent, you will enter your personal information and sign the required disclosure forms. You’ll then select a nearby facility for your drug screening. A Chain of Custody form will be emailed to you by the testing facility. By using the designated facility, your test results will be automatically sent to us within 1–2 business days. Please note: We must receive your drug screening and background check results before your official start date.
Q: Does Ocean Reef Club offer internships?
A: Yes, we offer internship opportunities for students and recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. Our internships are typically available in areas such as Food & Beverage, Recreation, Lodging Operations, Membership and Member Events, Human Resources, Golf Course Maintenance, Golf Operations, Accounting and more.
